Costa Rica Idioms app good for
Useful and fun app for those wanting to learn the colorful Costa Rica expressions beyond "pura vida".
Two additions would improve the app for non-Spanish speakers: 1) addition of the articles for nouns and 2) an example of how the expression is used in a Spanish sentence (only an example in English is provided).
Very useful app for english speaking tourists visiting CR. Knowing some Spanish already made learning the Tico slang very easy and very useful. Our tico friends also found it very funny and interesting to see how their slang is translated to English.
This app added a lot to my interactions with locals. Well worth the price.
Wish list:
* The examples really should be in good Spanish with the rough English translations.
* There should be a way to see the idioma AND the short English version so you can quickly find the one you want.
Some bad moments
It will come in handy when I visit now and many years to come! The only Im having issues with is having it in English how do I make it English
Very helpful. Not a spanish dictionary, but in terms of idioms the app is great. At the very least, locals will think you learned Spanish In Costa Rica, not in college
All the Ticos will understand you now and youll hear things you couldnt recognize before.

Very useful; indexing would be helpful. Some of the English is a little iffy, though still mostly understandable.
Great App for everyone! It shows the linguistic culture of Costa Rica, as well as help the visitors understand the language and feel at home during their trip. Highly recommended!
